ck223's commitment to responsible gaming
ck223 believes that an enjoyable gaming experience should always be safe and responsible. We give you the tools to set limits, protect yourself, and get support.
Age Restriction — Very Important
ck223 is strictly for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or play by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited. If there are underage members in your household, keep your account and device out of their reach. We reserve the right to verify age in any suspicious case, and if a user is suspected to be a minor, the account will be suspended immediately.
Our Protection Tools
ck223 provides you with several effective tools to keep your gaming in check. Use these features to keep gaming within the bounds of entertainment at all times.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide for yourself how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooldown period applies if you wish to increase the limit. Starting from a minimum deposit of ৳500, set a maximum limit that suits you.
Loss Limit Setting
Gaming will automatically stop after you lose a set amount — this feature protects you from major financial loss. Once the loss limit is reached, you will not be able to continue the session and the system will encourage you to take a break.
Time-Out Feature
Temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits or bets will be possible. The balance in your account will remain safe during this period and normal activity will resume automatically when the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can choose a long-term self-exclusion. This option lets you close your account for anywhere from 3 months to permanently. During self-exclusion, no promotional emails or notifications will be sent to you either.
Reality Check Reminder
An automatic notification will appear at set intervals, telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders keep you grounded in reality and reduce the chance of playing excessively.
Gaming History Review
View your complete betting and deposit history at any time. A full record of how much time you have spent, how much you have deposited, and how much you have withdrawn is easily available on your account dashboard. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Recognise the Signs of a Problem
It is important to recognise when gaming turns from entertainment into a problem. If any of the signs below appear in your life, seek help — it is not a sign of weakness, but proof that you are making the right decision.
- You keep placing bets to try to win back money you have lost
- You are finding it hard to stop gaming, or cannot stop at all
- You are hiding your gaming from family and friends
- You are betting with money meant for everyday expenses
- You are neglecting work or family because of gaming
- You feel restless or anxious when you cannot game
- You are relying on gaming earnings to solve financial problems
- You are skipping sleep or meals to spend more time gaming
Assess Yourself
Ask yourself from time to time — am I playing for entertainment, or in the hope of making money? Is gaming disrupting my daily life? If the answers concern you, contact ck223 via live chat right away or take a time-out.
Advice for Loved Ones
If a member of your family is showing signs of a gaming addiction, speak to them calmly rather than with anger or blame. ck223's support team is ready to assist family members as well. The self-exclusion process can also be started at the request of a third party.
